You should be able to find good deals to any of those three places. Among other airlines running airfare sales right now are Spirit, Southwest, US Airways, United, Frontier, and Continental.
Puerto Rico has been promoting itself as a budget-travel destination, and with low-cost carrier such as JetBlue and Spirit, plus many other domestic carriers serving PR, you should be able to find a good deal by keeping an eye out for sales in the next month or two. Don’t wait too long though, since sales tend to taper off the closer we get to the busy summer travel season.
Since summer is hurricane season, you’ll also find a lot of low-season deals on hotels. Hurricane season starts on June 1 (and runs through November 30), but usually doesn’t peak until August, so by going earlier in the summer you’re likely to have better weather.
Las Vegas is served by so many airlines that you should have pretty good luck finding good fares there. Plus, a lot of the airlines (such as Southwest and many others) sell vacation packages that combine airfare and hotel into one price and can offer really good value compared to buying each piece separately. But always compare prices anyway.
You have so many airport options flying into L.A. (LAX, Bob Hope in Burbank, Ontario, John Wayne in Santa Ana, and Long Beach) that you should be able to find a good deal on airfare. Just remember to check the distance between the airport you fly into and the part of L.A. you want to spend time in.
